Craig S. Hyman
Craig S. Hyman has 24-years experience in the entertainment industry and is the Founder and President of Numinous Music and Productions, a New York City-based company specializing in artist management, consulting, and presenting domestic and international artists locally and globally as well as a producer of live events. Craig is also a veteran Producer of TV and film for broadcast, tape and theatrical release formats.
Craig was manager of the A&R Department at RCA Records in the New York office from late 1999 - 2000. His music industry background encompasses almost every aspect of the industry. He has worked on the “label” side in A&R, was a talent scout, produced industry showcases, artist development independently, touring and live concert production (domestically and internationally), booking, consulted on recording projects for distribution, as well as been a U.S. representative for artists from Scandinavia, Canada, Europe and elsewhere.
Craig has been on the Board Of Directors for The Music Managers Forum – U.S. Chapter since 2003, and is a member of NARIP. Some past and present Numinous clients include: Santana, RCA Records, Showtime, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Ryuichi Sakamoto, MTV London & Los Angeles, the 2009 Presidential Inaugural Ball, David Tamaoka, Rachelle van Zanten, Sundance Channel, Black and White Ball, Cablevision, Latrice Barnett (solo and with Galactic), the Klezmatics, Xploding Plastix. Craig is also a part-time music journalist and an advocate for world music in a global community.
