Will tickets be available for purchase at the front gates?
If the event is not sold out, tickets will be available for purchase at the Arvest Bank/Ticketstorm Box Office, which will be open starting at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, July 24, 2009. The Arvest Bank/Ticketstorm Box Office is located in the parking lot west of Dirty's Tavern at 2nd & Elgin.
Please keep in mind, you can save money and time by purchasing your Dfest festival passes in advance at an official Ticketstorm outlet or online at Dfest.com and Ticketstorm.com. Save money, you already know you're coming to Dfest, so buy in advance.
Will badges be available for purchase at the conference?

I bought my festival pass online. What happens when I get to Dfest? What am I supposed to do with my ticket (eTicket or hard ticket)?
You will need to go to the Arvest Bank/Ticketstorm Box Office in the lot west of Dirty's Tavern at 2nd & Elgin to redeem your ticket in exchange for your festival wristband. We are prepared for 25,000+ folks to show up to exchange their wristbands for passes they bought at a ticket outlet or online, so there won't be long lines, but you must exchange your ticket for a wristband before you can get access to the festival stage areas and/or Dfest venues. The wristband redemption will be open beginning at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, July 24, 2009.
You may also redeem your wristband with your ticket at our Dfest registration booth at the Crowne Plaza Hotel which is open Thursday, July 23 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday, July 24 from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday, July 25 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Can I bring my kids? Do they have to pay?
Children are welcome at this event. Children 6 and older will be required to have a ticket/wristband.
When will the tickets be sent out?
If you decide you want your tickets to be shipped instead of getting a free eTicket delivery, then Tickets are shipped immediately the following business day after you purchase them. There is an additional $2.50 fee per order if you choose to have your tickets shipped.
IMPORTANT: The cut-off for tickets to be ordered and shipped is Friday, July 10, 2009, otherwise you will have to print an eTicket or choose the Will Call Pickup Option. Please remember to have your tickets shipped to an address where you or your authorized representative will be.

Can I get a one-day pass?
Dfest 2009 will offer both one-day passes and two-day passes this year. There will first be a limited supply of Early Bird One-Day and Two-Day Passes at the lowest available price. Once Early Bird Passes sell out, then without advanced notice, one-day and two-day passes will be available at the Advance Ticket Price.
NOTE: Two-day festival passes will not be available for sale at the event. Only one-day passes OR VIP Passes with two-day festival access will be available for sale at the Dfest Arvest/Ticketstorm Box Office July 24-25, 2009. So, if you're planning on attending Dfest 2009 for both nights of the festival, then save money and buy your 2-day pass in advance.
Conference Badges, which also come with 2-day passes, will be available for sale in advance online and also July 24-25 at Conference Registration at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.
